At Organic Burst, we want you to be completely in love with your sustainable fashion choices, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with eco-friendly tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Sustainably

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments back into their original compostable packaging to minimize environmental impact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
